This week Coach and Jill say goodbye to 2011 and look ahead to 2012.  Barry Bonds is still making headlines and they'll discuss the latest news on him and its larger impact on the game of baseball.

The classroom segment is titled "Do What You Need to Do So You Can Do What You Want to Do."  Listen as they talk about how they apply it both personally and professionally. 

This week Caoch Wolforth and Jill take a look at the Angels signing of Albert Pujols and the fallout in St. Louis.  They'll also discuss the countroversy surrounding Ryan Braun, this year's National League MVP and his positive test for Performance Enhancing Drugs.

The classroom segment will focus on "The Importance of Emotion" specifically as it relates to training.

There's a new sheriff in town in Boston.  This week Coach Wolforth and Jill will disuss the Boston Red Sox's hiring of Bobby Valentine as their new manager.  They'll share some of the speculation on whether this is a good or bad move for Boston.  They've also got another interesting move by the Texas Rangers in hiring future Hall of Famer Greg Maddux as Special Assistant to the General Manager.  Find out their thoughts on this move.

The classroom segment is titled "It Doesn't Get Any Easier".  Coach and Jill will share with you a couple professional athletes' stories that will make you say "Wow" and help prepare you for what could be ahead.
